Invoices / statements have gone out, let us know if there’s any errors! We’re still looking for a book-keeper so these don’t get sent out too often (hopefully more than once a term).

Term 3 portals are now live for group payments.

Individual lesson payments can be made with

  • PAY NOW option from emails when you book

  • Use the PAY NOW prompt from the 24hr email after lessons

  • Wait till we send invoices.

Group / Band / Ormond School payments can follow these portals (look further below for past terms)

1-1 LEssons

  • When you book there is a PAY NOW / LATER option. This is sent to you via lesson confirmation email so you can find it anytime.

  • You’ll receive an automated reminder 24hr after a lesson with payment options.

  • We’ll send a statement every term with bank details on them. Make sure you reference the students name. 

  • If you’ve uploaded the calendar reminders (recommended), click on the booking to bring up more info, including payment options.

Please don’t pay for group lessons until we’ve put you into a group. The time shown on the booking schedule is the last day of term, not he time of the class. To get into a group please email ricky@thebandschool.co.nz
